These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nicolas Management. By engaging our services, clients agree to the following terms.

All services are provided as per written agreement, client instructions, and applicable laws. Nicolas Management acts only as a service provider and does not assume ownership of any recoverable amounts.

All recovery activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. We do not support or engage in unlawful or coercive recovery practices.

Clients must provide accurate and lawful information required for service execution. Nicolas Management shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Service fees shall be charged as agreed in writing. All payments must be made within the agreed timeline. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per government regulations.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of shared information and use it only for authorized service purposes.

Nicolas Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service execution, except as required by law.

Either party may terminate services as per the terms mentioned in the service agreement, subject to prior notice.

All content, documents, and materials provided by Nicolas Management remain its intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Nicolas Management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication.
